Recipe By Siera Capesius

Ingredients:

-1 Pound Chicken Breasts

-1 Medium White Onion Chopped

-1 Tbsp. olive oil

-1 Packet Frontera Chicken Taco Skillet Sauce

-1 Whole Lime

-1 Packet LaTortilla Organic Flour or Corn Tortillas

-1 Medium chopped tomato

-1 Lettuce Leaf Chopped

-Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

-Sour Cream

Directions:

1. In a medium pan, on medium heat, add the olive oil and chopped onion. Sautee onion for 5 minutes. Add in the chicken breasts and just brown the outsides of the chicken. Do not fully cook. Transfer to the Crock Pot and add the whole packet of Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce.

2. Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

3. Once the chicken is cooked break it apart so that it becomes shredded (if it doesn’t break apart easily it needs to be cooked longer).

4. Place the cooked chicken on the tortillas with the tomato, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. Juice lime on top this will bring out the flavors. Enjoy!
