Growing up in Denver, I spent the weekends mountain biking and skiing. I was a typical scrawny, sports-oriented teenager. Love of exercise was my earliest inspiration, eventually leading to interest in bodybuilding and powerlifting. While working as an EMT, I glimpsed what it looks like when we let our lives be ruled by metabolic dysfunction --- and the direct opposite, picture perfect health in old age. I believe a focus on muscle centric health is the key to healthier aging, and that we can use hypertrophy and resistance training to attain this. I specialize in body transformations with losing body fat and gaining muscle.
